Step One: We Determine Your Goal
What do you want? Most gyms simply allow you to work out, with no focus on what your personal goals are. At Victory Training, every training session, every exercise and every repetition is customized to your personal goals to help you get the results YOU want in the time you have. Whether you want to burn fat and lose weight or perform better in an upcoming race or on the golf course, we’ll work together to design a personalized training program that gets you there as quickly as possible.

Step Two: The Victory Assessment
Once we know where you’re trying to go we need to know where we’re starting from and the Victory Assessment will tell us. We’ll go through a complete movement analysis and a detailed health and activity history together so we can develop a program that meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

Step Three: We Develop Your Personalized Training Program
This is where the fun really starts. Together we’ll look at your personal schedule and goals along with the results of your assessment to develop the perfect, individualized training program specifically designed for you. No cookie cutter, one-size-fits all workouts here. You’ll know that each and every training session is optimized specifically for you to reach your goals as quickly as possible.

Step Four: We Coach You Every Step Of The Way
Every time you step foot in the gym you’ll be personally coached by one of our Certified Victory Coaches to make sure that you’re getting the most from every training session. You’ll be motivated and inspired so that every session is your best session and because of that, your results will come faster than you ever thought possible. We’ll even load and unload the equipment for you so that you can focus 100% on your program and your results.

Step Five: We Optimize Your Program Based On Your Progress
We’ll track every repetition of each training session so that we can change your training program to adjust for the constant improvements you’ll be making. We’ll continually progress and change to keep your program fresh and keep the progress coming.
