What is Victory Training?
Victory Training is a brand new fitness experience providing a refreshing change to the traditional class based gyms or big box gyms. Victory Training is a personal training studio that also offers an independent membership if you want to just workout on your own. We’re not a health club, bootcamp or any other one-size-fits-all workout solution. Our personal trainers personally design and supervise each and every training session to ensure that all of our personal training clients get optimal results while training an average of less than 3 hours per week. If you are not a personal training client we still make sure that our Independent members have an optimum workout experience by providing reserved space and equipment for you to use throughout your 55 minute workout time.

How Can You Offer Personal Training For Less Than $35 Per Session?
While most gyms charge $70-100 per training session or more, we’ve developed a proprietary technology that allows us to have three clients training at their own unique Victory Training Station (your own personal gym) and a trainer supervising all of their individual workouts simultaneously. This allows us to get you the results you want in a personal training setting for a fraction of the normal fee.

This allows us to perform hundreds of exercise variations at each station and develop programs that accommodate any client’s needs to reach their unique fitness goals.

Is Victory Training for men or women?
Both. Victory is for anyone who wants to achieve their fitness and performance goals. Whether your fitness objective is to lose weight, build muscle and strength, improve athletic performance, or sculpt and tone your body, we create a training program that is uniquely yours and then coach you every step of the way to achieve the results you want.

How much time does a Victory Training Session take?
With Victory, you’ll complete your personalized warm-up, strength training and metabolic conditioning in 60 minutes or less. Our programs are uniquely designed to optimize your training sessions so that you get the maximum results in the shortest time possible.

I’m new to working out. Can Victory help me?
Yes! Victory training programs are 100% personalized and supervised so no matter what type of workout experience you have, we’ll be able to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.
